About the “Bellevue” Suburb of Tauranga
Originally developed in the mid to late 1950’s, the construction was typically weatherboard with iron roofing but as the suburb has grown with infill housing on subdivided sections construction is mixed materials ranging from brick to Linea.
Bellevue is a suburb with a good solid family environment, popular with young families and provides schooling from primary through to intermediate and college. Combined with recreational and sporting facilities Bellevue is ideal for first home buyers and investment buyers for rental properties.

Starting from Bellevue Park, walk or cycle past the Carlton Street Reserve to the Matua Saltmarsh, (pictured right).
This 21 hectare of coastal wetlands is home to a diverse range of plant, insect, fish and bird life.
No dogs are allowed on this walkway.
